Scott Phillips

Scott was born and raised in the southern end of Lancaster County and graduated from Solanco.  Scott has been in pastoral ministry since 2013 and before that was a speaker and writer with House on the Rock Family Ministries.  Scott holds a Master of Divinity degree from Lancaster Bible College and a B.S. degree in Business Education from Shippensburg University.  

Scott and Mary met while attending Shippensburg. They have three children ages 15 – 22 and live near Witmer (east of Lancaster, PA).  Mary teaches math at the Saint Josephs University-Lancaster.
